INNER JOURNEY – MEDITATION RETREAT

In this Meditation course one gives full time to Meditation. One learns almost 10-15 Meditation Techniques and how to practice them in life. Mostly people live in Mind, this course is a journey from Mind to Heart, and to Being through Meditation.

SELF-HYPNOSIS FOR MEDITATION

This course is with a guided session every day for 7 days. It relaxes the body, breath and relaxes the mind and then becoming Aware-this is Meditation. Participants learn to do it themselves and also get the recording.

STRESS MANAGEMENT- AN EXPERIENTIAL APPROACH

Stress is common issue almost for everyone. Many situations create stress and people try, to deal with situations. This course teaches techniques and understanding to come out of stress, at Body, Mind and Emotional level. A way to live Active life with Relaxation.

OSHO NO-MIND

This is a 7-day course with 2 hours every day. One hour is for cleaning intense activity of the mind and then 2nd hour is for deep silence that naturally happens. This course can release all that is moving in the mind and can bring silence and awareness to life.

In this course one learns Meditation Techniques to create the experience of Meditation and also learns how to bring that experience of Awareness in normal daily life activities. Then Meditation can become a way of living.

Life of the successful people is too busy; the work takes most of the time. Work creates stress and issues in Body-Mind. And as they have no time, this course teaches short Meditations and the Techniques that can be done while working-without giving any extra time to bring relaxation.

OSHO MEDITATION IN-DEPTH AND FACILITATING

This is a course in 2 parts. First, part is for understanding, learning, and doing OSHO Active Meditations rightly to create deep experience of Meditation. And the second part is the training -how to facilitate, teach OSHO Meditations.

INNER SKILLS FOR WORK AND LIFE

There are skills for doing a work – WHAT you do. And there are Inner Skills; HOW you do things-and that changes the quality to your working life. When you add Awareness, Totality, Communication, Relaxation, or joy – to what you do – work becomes Meditation.
