No-Mind Facilitation Training
OSHO NO-MIND is a Meditative Therapy created by Osho. A unique and very useful contribution from him for a life of meditation. Meditative Therapies are not dependent on the psychological expertise of the facilitator, instead they are based on creating energy together in a group, bringing totality into the process, and that works for cleaning the path and moving into meditation.
Using very simple and very deep methodology of gibberish and silence for 2 hours every day for 7 days, we can touch our inner depths of meditation, silence, joy and understanding.
Many people around the world do and repeat OSHO NO-MIND again and again for their inner journey.
It is also possible to learn how to facilitate and share the process. OSHO NO-MIND Facilitation Training offers the experience and skills for Facilitating and Sharing OSHO NO-MIND.
OSHO NO-MIND Facilitation Training covers:
- Becoming aware of our mind and thought process that is happening all the time inside us.
- How to express these thoughts in gibberish, and then touch silence and awareness.
- Connecting with emotions that trigger the thoughts that are moving in the mind.
- Recognizing the repressed and unexpressed thoughts – that are active inside and doesn’t allow us to move to into meditation.
- Using the body expression with the nonsense sounds to unburden the mind though great scientific method – gibberish. Learning the art of gibberish to bring expression at all levels; body, mind, emotions – so the state of No-Mind can naturally happen.
- This training teaches how to hold the space during the group process of OSHO NO-MIND course, how to support and encourage participants to do the method totally, and how to answer questions related to OSHO NO-MIND.
- This training also supports participants with communication skills and other skills that are needed for facilitating the course.
In OSHO NO-MIND Facilitation Training participants also receive a certificate of participation.
OSHO NO-MIND Facilitation Training happens along with OSHO NO-MIND Meditative Therapy in additional hours.
Facilitating OSHO NO-MIND is not only creating a space for participants to go deeper into themselves, but each time it deepens the experience for the facilitator also.
