Conscious communication

Conscious Communication

Relating is one of the most important parts of the life we live. At work or in our personal and family life, we are continuously communicating. It is an ongoing and unavoidable phenomenon through which we create our world, and we live in this world are creating.

The results we receive from relating are the feedback of HOW and WHAT we communicate. Our friends and our enemies, YES we receive or No we receive from others, our successes and failures, understanding and misunderstanding, harmony or conflict – all these depend on the quality of our communication.

We all know the difficulties of conflicts, misunderstanding, and frustration when communication doesn’t work, and we also know the joy and beauty of communication with understanding, trust, and harmony. Our communication creates the atmosphere and the world around us. And we can improve the world of our relations, as we desire, by improving our communication skills.

If you question what makes someone an effective leader, why someone manages teams so well, what makes meetings creative, what brings the power of togetherness, what is at the core of a happy and joyful working atmosphere – you might find that, in any organization, the key behind all this is the quality of communication between individuals.

This workshop focuses on sharpening our skills to bring awareness to our communication. Being aware and conscious in communication we discover much about ourselves; our patterns, our capacities, and we understand more about the things that challenge us. Also, we learn about areas where others are open or they are closed, and this makes our communication effective.

Learning the art of creative dialogue, the art of listening, communicating from the heart, we can make our communication effective, touching the hearts of others and joyful for ourselves.

Most importantly, learning to be an excellent communicator, you transform yourself in your level of confidence, in understanding yourself and others, and in your capacity to deal with communication challenges. You walk a different walk-in managing your life at work and in your personal relations.

This workshop offers the understanding of communication by the experiential process through discussion and interactive and active methods. Also included are awareness exercises and meditation techniques to develop a capacity to implement this understanding in actual life situations.
