In-Depth Facilitating Training
This workshop/Training is an opportunity for in-depth experience of OSHO Active Meditation Techniques that are used in Meditation Camps and Intensives, and for learning skills to facilitate them.
The program is in two parts.
The first part of this program is about evaluating and creating in-depth understanding and experience of OSHO Active Meditation Techniques.
These Active Meditations are very scientific techniques and we need to understand every aspect of each technique to do it rightly. Only then can we be effective in bringing results and changes in life.

We take time to go through any difficulties or questions about these Meditation Techniques, and also your personal journey with meditation.

In the second part of the program we learn the necessary skills and gain confidence to introduce and facilitate these OSHO Active Meditation techniques to others, whether to friends, to institutes, clubs, or any kind of groups and individuals interested in these Meditation Techniques.
