Inner Journey – Meditation Retreat

Everyone is in a continuous search – for happiness, relations, love, feeling good… fulfillment. And this search has been there down the ages.

Through our education and social conditioning this search is directed to the outside, and we start looking for happiness, for fulfilment in money, power, and fame.

We are chasing goals outside and a very little awareness of our self. We are not present to feel the life that is in the body, in our senses and feelings. Then even after achieving success, there is no happiness, joy or relaxation.

Meditation is the way to bring awareness back to our body-mind and connecting with life within. That is the way to live our inner treasures and feel fulfilled.

There are many ancient techniques of meditation, and most of these techniques are passive. And the modern man has so much of mind, stress, and restlessness that these traditional techniques don’t work  to create the silence and awareness within.

Inner Journey Meditation Retreat uses OSHO Active Meditation techniques and some other techniques for moving from Mind to Heart, from Thinking to Feeling. And then being Aware, Witnessing…. This is Inner journey.

OSHO Active Meditation techniques are very effective as they start with body, they release the tensions and repressed emotions and then the experience of Meditation, silence and awareness happens naturally.

As this course is a retreat, you take complete break from your routine life and give full time to Meditation. You do 5 to 6 meditation techniques every day, making your experience deeper with each meditation technique.

When many people meditate together, it creates energy and that helps in going deeper in Meditation.

Every day there is a time for sharing the experience and answering your question for your understanding and how meditation brings freedom from the issues in life.

Inner Journey Meditation Retreat is an opportunity to learn and do more than 15 meditation techniques with details and how to do them rightly. That makes it easy for you to continue doing these techniques by yourself at home. Then you can make meditation, part of your life and live with happiness, relaxation and effectiveness in everyday life.
