Meditation For Busy People
Life today for successful people is always busy. Everyone has many dimensions of life to pay attention to and deal with every day, and just 24 hours in which to do it all.
All or efforts are in order to create a better life, a healthy life, a happy, relaxed, intelligent life with luxury and comfort. Luxury and comfort are easy to achieve, but what about health, happiness, relaxation and wisdom in life?
Most people live in a state of stress, with tensions resulting in an unhealthy body and a worried mind. There are many body-mind disorders, and sometimes there are intense health issues too. These disorders and health issues add even more tension.
Life is a gift – and we all have potential to live it with good health, bliss and wisdom. But our choices, our attitudes and our ways of working can take us in the opposite direction of nothing but tensions and worries.

Participants can experience relaxation, inner joy and awareness through Active Meditation Techniques, and this helps release tensions and worries, helps us become conscious of feeling and living the quality of each moment. These techniques are easy to learn and to bring into practice, and this practice can create balance and joy in our everyday lives.
Mindful of how busy people are, in this workshop we cover short techniques that don’t need extra time. These awareness techniques can be done while you are doing your normal daily activities, and through such methods we can bring awareness and relaxation into these daily activities. This brings about a total change; the time, the situations and activities which used to bring stress, now can be used for life transformation, for relaxation, for efficiency and joy. And we can function in life with intelligence and with the wisdom to make the right decisions.
