Meditation In Everyday Life
This course is about bringing value and transformation into life through Meditation.
- First, we go into the subject – what is meditation? The word meditation is used to mean traditional and more recent methods throughout the world, and can mean different things to different people. We look into what meditation is how it can bring about a positive change in life.
- Understanding and experiencing – what is the experience of meditation?
- How we can create the experience of meditation? Which techniques help? How these techniques work? There are a variety of techniques, and we will learn what kind of method works well in creating the experience of meditation for ourselves.
- How this experience of silence and awareness can be used to change the quality of our daily lives.
- How can the experience of meditation become part of our daily lives?
This workshop deals with these basic questions and offers the understanding and actual experience of meditation through scientific and effective Active Meditation techniques. Also, participants practice how to use this experience in physical or mental activities or while dealing or communicating with others.
If we can live our simple daily activities with an inner experience of meditation and awareness our whole quality of life is transformed. Then we can live our potential, and whatever we do, we do with joy, sensitivity, and creativity.
