Self Hypnosis For Meditation
This course is based on Osho’s insights on how to use hypnosis in the support of meditation.
Guided methodology of hypnosis is used for deep relaxation at the levels of body, breath and mind. And in that total relaxation, being conscious, being a witness, makes it meditation.
This beautiful, relaxing session is repeated for 7 days so that the participant can become acquainted and familiar with the experience by walking the same inner path every day.
Through this 7-day process one becomes confident enough to reach the experience of the session in an individual capacity, without any help of a facilitator. This way one can continue the process independently.
Also participants learn how to create and use self-hypnosis suggestions in the session for making positive and healthy changes in life.
It is a wonderful journey of relaxing, being conscious and learning skills for transformation.
