Stress Management
Life today is full of challenges: at work, in our personal lives, in social situations, and how the whole world is moving… everything has become more intense. In dealing with this intensity and these challenges almost everyone lives a life full of stress.
We take care of and manage so many things, but we often forget our personal care of body-mind. We end up in an unhealthy body-mind and more intensity to deal with. There may be a lot of achievements and success in life but the capacity to enjoy life is lost in tensions and stress.
Is it possible to manage challenges and at the same time maintain well-being in our lives? Is it possible to live the intensity without stress, worries and sickness? This workshop aims at showing how to do that – how to be happy and relaxed, regardless of outside situations and challenges.
Usually the human mind tries to change situations or relations, and such an escape is no solution for coming out of stress. Soon, one finds that new situations and new relations are creating the same stress.
Unless an individual makes inner change there is no possibility of remaining stress-free. For that we need to work on where stress happens, and that is our body-mind. And working with body-mind has to be an experiential process – not just mental knowledge or information.
Awareness is the only way to experience. And that is why this workshop uses a different approach – not analytical but experiential. OSHO Active Meditations and other active techniques are used to release the stress from our body-mind and create an experience of silence and awareness.
Another area we look at is our way of living in mental patterns and attitudes that are causing stress. Making change in our attitudes, we can live situations playfully, without stress.
The experience of awareness can be practiced in active life situations and this can empower us to remain calm and centered in life, untouched psychologically and free from the stress.
If we can be relaxed in active life a new quality happens, and a person with that quality maintains a healthy body, intelligent mind and is effective, creative at work, and in their personal relations.
