1. Definitions:
a. Workshops, Seminars, Courses: Teaching and Facilitating Work in group of students together for their learning and experience. The teaching in each group is as per the title/topic of the workshop/seminar/course. It includes, teaching of understanding, exercises, interactions, sharing and response to the questions of participants. Also includes homework, follow up or explanations after the actual group event. Herein mentioned as “Workshops”.
b. Trainings: Trainings are the workshops/course/seminars with additional learning for Students to teach and become instructor of certain topic or course. Herein mentioned as “Training”.
c. Individual Sessions: An Individual Session is One to One teaching/facilitating, and doing experiential methods for the client to help, support, in coming out of Life Issues or Empowering the Student to deal with certain challenges. Herein Mentioned as “Session”
d. Online: Workshops/Courses, Seminars or Individual Session work, that is done live from long distance using internet technology for teaching, facilitating and creating experience through techniques.
e. Teacher/Facilitator/Instructor: One who is doing work of teaching/facilitating Workshops and Sessions through www.DevendraCourses.com. Herein mentioned as “Facilitator”.
f. Student/Client/Participant: One who joins, participate or receive Workshop or Session from the Teacher/Facilitator/Instructor through www.DevendraCourses.com. Herein mentioned as “Student”.
2. Undertaking by the Student:
a. Student joins and participate in Workshops and Sessions with, a conscious choice for taking help and support for life or learning skills from understanding and doing the methodology, offered in the Workshops and Individual Sessions.
b. That Students legally in an Adult and eligible by law for choosing and participating in Workshops or Sessions.
c. Student takes the responsibility for the results of participating in understanding and the activities of Workshops and Sessions.
d. Student takes the responsibility of doing techniques and Methodology exactly as per instructions without changing it or doing incomplete.
e. In case a Student has any Body, Mind or Emotional conditions -for which a treatment is in process or a treatment is required, then Student need to follow the advice of the expert/Doctor, while doing the activities of the Workshop or Session. And if any activity is prohibited by the expert or Doctor then that need to be avoided and the Student need to inform the Facilitator.
f. Student agrees to follow the instructions of Facilitator sincerely, for timings, methods and understanding of Workshop or Session.
g. Student shall arrange the right Translator in case the translations is required. The payment to the translator shall be borne by the Student.
3. Undertaking by the Facilitator:
a. Facilitator shall make the understanding and methods available to the Student/Students sincerely with all the skills that Facilitator has, as presented and conveyed to the Student.
b. Facilitator shall give the time fully as agreed for the Workshop or the Session.
c. Facilitator shall arrange all the material that is related to the learning of the Workshop or Session. Or shall refer to the student from where the material is available.
d. Facilitator shall keep with the timings of Workshop or Session as agreed, unless timings are revised and agreed by both the parties.
4. Confidentiality:
Facilitator and Student both shall keep the information, sharing, life issues or anything specific, confidential as agreed between Facilitator and Students.
5. Payments:
a. Student shall pay the full amount of fees for the Workshop or Session at the time of booking.
b. In case of International Payments, the preferred currency for payments shall be US Dollars, Euro or other currency that is specifically agreed by the Facilitator.
c. The payment, once paid for the Workshop or Session is non-refundable unless the Workshop or Session get cancelled for unavoidable situation.
d. In case a Session that is postponed to another date that is agreed with Student – there shall be no refund.
6. Settlement:
All the disputes shall only be settled by discussion between the Facilitator and Student.
